Our story
The Goldell Academy was born out of a deep conviction—every child deserves to be heard. In a world where shyness, fear, and self-doubt silence young voices, we set out on a mission: to nurture bold, articulate, and purpose-driven individuals who will lead with confidence in school, society, and beyond.
Our journey began with a simple yet profound realization—confidence is not just a skill; it is a superpower. Many children struggle with speaking up, expressing themselves, or believing in their abilities. Whether in the classroom, on stage, or in everyday conversations, their voices often go unheard. We knew something had to change.
Founded by Princess Favour Ajagbe, a passionate advocate for children's communication and personal development, Goldell was built to bridge a gap in education—the ability to communicate with clarity, courage, and conviction. Drawing from years of experience in mentorship, coaching, and media, she created a structured system where children and young individuals can discover their voice, unlock their potential, and walk in confidence.
What started as a mentorship initiative quickly transformed into a full-fledged training platform, coaching hundreds of young individuals to develop strong communication skills, self-expression, and leadership abilities. Through workshops, online courses, and live training sessions, we’ve been able to reach students from diverse backgrounds, helping them break free from fear and embrace their full potential.
